Permits and Fees

Permits are required by all residents and tenants of Eldred Township. If you are unsure whether or not you need a permit, please be safe now rather than sorry later. Contact the Zoning and Codes Officer, Ellerslie Helm, at 610-381-4252, ext. 5. His office hours are Monday - Friday, 12 noon-3pm and the third Saturday of the month from 9:00 a.m. until noon.

All applications and permits must be submitted with the appropriate documentation and fees, and accepted by the designated Township official. Applications and permits are not valid until all applicable fees are paid.

Sewage permits are required for new systems or the repair of existing systems. Copies, which are required in triplicate, are available in the Township office.

A permit is not required for a well in Eldred Township.
