ELDRED TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS- NOTICE OF THE AVAILABILITY OF REMOTE ACCESS TO THE MEETING
The Eldred Township Board of Supervisors holds it's regular meetings on the third Wednesdays of each month at 7:00 P.M., at the Township’s Municipal Building,
490 Kunkletown Road, Kunkletown, PA. 18058, and virtually, as described below. The meetings are for general business purposes, and any business that may come
before the Board of Supervisors. The meetings are open to the public. Public participation at the meetings is welcomed. Members of the public may attend in-person at the Township Municipal Building or remotely through the same on-line internet application or telephone option. Information for remote connection is contained on this website on this page above.
If you are not able to attend the meeting, and would like to pose a general question or comment to the Board of Supervisors, or a question or comment regarding
any items listed on the Board’s agenda, please do one the following:
Email your question or comment to a.velopolcek@eldredtwp.org prior to 12:00 p.m. on the date of any scheduled meeting.
Send a letter with your question or comment to the Township Office via the USPS, or hand delivery, and we will respond to it upon receipt.
The Board’s agenda can be found at the Township’s website listed above, but is subject to revision both prior to, and at the time of the Board’s meeting.
At its September 18, 2024 meeting the Board of Supervisors will be holding Hearings on two proposed Ordinances:
Ordinance 1: Regulating warehouses in the Township (click Link to view full proposed Ordinance)
Ordinance 2 : An Ordinance Amending the Eldred Township Zoning Ordinance referencing Flea Markets. (Click the Link to see full Ordinance )

Park Planning Event
Last month, Eldred Township received a small grant to have a professional design a plan for our Playground at the Community Center (the old Eldred Elementary School).
On Sunday, September 29, 2024 at 4:30 P.M., there will be a pop up event at the Community Center, 516 Kunkletown Rd., to enlist the public' help in creating a plan to improve the site for all our residents.,
We welcome everyone, young and old to come and enter your ideas for inclusion into the new plan.

Public Notice
In order to efficiently conduct necessary business at the Board of Supervisors meetings the Board of Supervisors has instituted a Public Speaking Policy.
This Policy gives guidance to individuals or groups about how to present information, concerns or questions to the Board during public meetings.
A copy of the Policy is available at the Township Building during normal business hours or Here.
Community Center Board
The Community Center Board will meet Tuesday, March 19 and Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at 3:30 P.M.at the Municipal Building.
