This Policy gives guidance to individuals or groups about how to present information, concerns or questions to the Board during public meetings.

ELDRED TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS- NOTICE OF THE AVAILABILITY OF REMOTE ACCESS TO THE MEETING
The Eldred Township Board of Supervisors holds it's regular meetings on the third Wednesdays of each month at 7:00 P.M., at the Township’s Municipal Building,
490 Kunkletown Road, Kunkletown, PA. 18058, and virtually, as described below. The meetings are for general business purposes, and any business that may come
before the Board of Supervisors. The meetings are open to the public. Public participation at the meetings is welcomed. Members of the public may attend in-person at the Township Municipal Building or remotely through the same on-line internet application or telephone option. Information for remote connection is contained on this website on this page above.
If you are not able to attend the meeting, and would like to pose a general question or comment to the Board of Supervisors, or a question or comment regarding
any items listed on the Board’s agenda, please do one the following:
Email your question or comment to a.velopolcek@eldredtwp.org prior to 12:00 p.m. on the date of any scheduled meeting.
Send a letter with your question or comment to the Township Office via the USPS, or hand delivery, and we will respond to it upon receipt.
The Board’s agenda can be found at the Township’s website listed above, but is subject to revision both prior to, and at the time of the Board’s meeting.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF PROPOSED 2026 BUDGET
The Proposed Budget for the fiscal year of 2026 for the Township of Eldred, Monroe County, Pennsylvania has been prepared and is available for public inspection at the Eldred Township Municipal Building, 490 Kunkletown Road, Kunkletown, Pennsylvania, during normal business hours.
The final budget is expected to be adopted on Wednesday, December 17. 2025 at the regular meeting of the Eldred Township Board of Supervisors to be held at 7:00 P.M. at the Municipal Building.
